Monitor changes to legislation, policy and procedures and update training content accordingly.
Promote best practice in data protection, information security and system usage.
Contribute to wider Learning & Development activities as required.

About You
We are looking for someone who can combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills.

You will have:
A proficient working knowledge of Niche5, Pronto and Compact MisPer.
Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and databases.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to engage learners and adapt your approach to different audiences.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
A commitment to supporting the development of others.

Qualifications
Essential:
Level 4 Training Qualification (such as Certificate in Education & Training or equivalent), or willingness and ability to achieve this qualification.

Desirable:
Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
Experience in an IT training role.
Experience designing and delivering training within policing, criminal justice or technical environments.

What We Offer
Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
Early finish every Friday.
Opportunity to work in a varied and rewarding role.
Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
